Reasons people write in:
- A price that has moved. The tours here reprice with the date, the option and the group size, so if a card reads $105 (checked September 2026) for the Pagus half day and the live listing says something else, we would rather hear it from you than catch it on the next check.
- A listing that no longer matches what we described. Prices shift, itineraries get trimmed, a winery visit turns into a shop stop, or an operator pulls a tour from sale altogether. If a Valpolicella half day we covered has changed its inclusions or vanished from the live booking page, tell us: that gets corrected fast, because a stale description costs someone their one afternoon in the hills.
- Anything factually wrong on a page. The DOCG rules that govern Amarone, the aging minimums for Ripasso and Recioto, Soave's Garganega, the Italian drink-driving limit that makes a driver or an e-bike the sensible call, rail times into Verona Porta Nuova, harvest and opera season timing: every one of those is checked against a source, and every one of them can change without notice.
- An operator we have missed. Run a bookable wine tour from Verona into Valpolicella, Soave or the Lake Garda shore, or from Venice and Milan toward the same valleys, with published prices and a listing that says the same thing on two readings? Send the link. We read it, charge nothing, promise nothing, and reply with a plain yes or no on whether it earns a page here.

Our reply, in short
A straight answer rather than a quick one. Errors go first: a wrong from-price, a mislabelled meeting point in Verona, a tour filed under the wrong valley gets fixed as soon as it is confirmed, usually inside a day or two, because someone's single free afternoon in Valpolicella depends on it. Broader questions take longer, and where the answer would help more than one reader it becomes a paragraph in a guide instead of a private email. No newsletter follows, nothing is sold to you afterwards, and your address is not shared with anyone.
Where we are no use
Bookings are the one thing we cannot touch. No seat held, no date moved, no cancellation processed, no refund chased. The fourteen tours described here are sold and run by their own operators, from Ways Tours to HiVe Tours, and every reservation lives on the operator's listing, never with us.
For anything about a booking you already hold, the confirmation email is the better route. It carries your reference, the pickup details and a direct line to whoever runs the day, whether that is a driver waiting in Verona or a host at a winery in Negrar. Same-day problems, late changes, a question about where to meet: the operator can act on those and we cannot. If a departure looks doubtful, that channel is the only one that can resolve it.
Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you write to anyone. The pickup arrangement first: some Verona half days include hotel pickup and transport, the winery-direct tastings at estates like Tenuta Santa Maria di Gaetano Bertani and Cantina Giovanni Ederle meet at the winery, and the Garda cruise boards on the lake, so the meeting point on your voucher is the one that counts. Then the cancellation window, which every listing here states as free cancellation. The live booking page is the authority on both.
